Maybe. Not to confuse the matter but, allow me explain…

Using the word “redesign” would mean to simply change the appearance of your current website that may be built in an outdated language or . 

Example: Many small business websites are still in HTML formats from the 2008-2010’s. In this case, a redesign would not be recommended. Rather a complete overhaul, design, and development on a modernized operating platform would be highly suggested and beneficial for a plethora of reasons.

How much does a website cost?

In order to start work on a project, a deposit and a signed contract is needed.

Accepted payment methods are: Visa / Mastercard, Check, Direct Deposit, Zelle, and PayPal.

Payment plans are available.

If your website is WordPress based and you decide to have your website hosted on my private server, the only ongoing cost would be Hosting, which starts at only $36.99/mo.

Optionally, but highly recommended, protect your investment and online business by choosing a Backend & Security Integrity Update Plans.

I charge by the hour or per project. 

If you need additional features after a project starts, we will asses the anticipated labor hours needed, adjust the contract and invoice details, and continue.

Refund are agreed upon after review and discussion.

If you decide to cancel a project, your deposit is lost and project is stopped immediately. 

Yes, you can move your website to another provider later. You are the owner of your data, when you want it, you can request it. 

Website Transfer services are available upon request. ($399)

Hosting costs are not prorated and refunded if a decision of this nature is acted upon.

Depending on the service, invoices will have a 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day payment due date.

Annual Hosting Renewal:

Annual renewal notices / invoices are sent 30-45 days in advance. If invoice is not paid by the indicated due date, the associated account will be suspended (website taken offline), a late fee of $15 will be added to the original invoice, and a $75 reinstatement fee will issued in order to reactivate the account.

If reminders are ignored and the invoice remains unpaid for longer than 14-days, the associated account, including email addresses and messages will be removed. A full backup of the website will be prepared and a delivery request can be made. (Delivery Fee – $299)

Website Support, Security, and Maintenance Plans:

If you’re subscribed to one of my plans, you’re welcome to cancel at any time – they are month-by-month terms, but if your payment isn’t made on time, a late fee of 5% will be added to your next billing cycle. 

If your invoice goes unpaid for 5 days, your plan will be canceled and you will have to reactivate your plan.

Miscellaneous Micro Jobs:

These jobs are typically paid in advance, but if not, 5% applied if paid up to 7 days after, an additional 10% applied if paid up to 30 days after due date.
